We keep you informed throughout the repair process, by your choice of telephone, SMS or email. Once your vehicle has passed its final quality checks, our office will call you to advise your vehicle is ready for collection.
When we initially complete your estimate, we will give you an estimated repair duration. When you book your repair start date, we will give you an estimated completion date.
It is important to note that times are estimated only as further damage may be evident upon dismantling. If there is any change to your expected delivery date, our office will notify you immediately.
